Crush Bottle Shop is Nashville’s destination for discovery — a place where every bottle is chosen because it’s crush-worthy: distinctive, memorable, and worth sharing.

Founded by Seema Prasad and Brian Hadfield, Crush builds on the success of Harvest Wine Market, where they have spent years creating community, introducing new favorites, and seeking the best wine and spirits from around the world. Harvest remains a thriving part of Nashville’s wine culture — and Crush is our chance to expand that spirit into a new neighborhood with a personality of its own.

Inside Crush, you’ll find more than wine. Alongside iconic producers and exciting new voices, we’ve curated a thoughtful selection of craft spirits, classic + craft beer, THC + Zero Proof, and gourmet snacks to round out the experience. Whether you’re stopping in for a Tuesday night bottle, stocking up for a dinner party, or looking to try something completely new, our team is here to make it easy, fun, a little indulgent and always a great value.

Seema Prasad
CO-OWNER
Seema lives life through her palate. A seasoned restauranteur, Seema spent the last three decades curating the wine & cocktail lists for her restaurants and others starting in Seattle and now in Nashville at her current restaurant, Miel.

She has cultivated valuable relationships over this time in the industry with importers and winemakers that bring a depth of understanding and influence to the curation of the collection at Crush.
Brian Hadfield
CO-OWNER
A Nashville native, Brian considers himself a (very) enthusiastic wine hobbyist. Through extensive travel, he’s had the opportunity to try wines all over the world. Over time, he’s developed an appreciation and respect for all of the unique characteristics wines can offer. With an MBA and a background in logistics, he sees Crush Bottle Shop as a great opportunity to blend his love of business in general with his love of wine.

GENERAL MANAGER
Jon began his career in wine running Michelin Starred and Wine Spectator Grand Award winning wine lists in New York City for almost a decade. After hearing about Nashville’s growing culinary scene, Jon decided to move to the Music City in 2020. He was brought on as Beverage Director at The Joseph, home to the Italian fine dining restaurant, Yolan. He then moved to Chef Andrew Carmellini’s Carne Mare in 2022. Jon is excited to bring his wealth of knowledge and experience to Crush Bottle Shop.
