A Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs cuvée, 70% from the 2021 harvest + 30% from perpetual reserve wines. The resulting wine is redolent with crisp apricot + yellow citrus. The finish is long and fine. A textbook example of Chardonnay at its most elegant.
